There’s more to a wedding program than just the wedding party list and the ceremony details.  We can customize any order, so that your wedding program is one that guests keep for years to come.


  1. •   Note from the Couple - a thank you note to parents, guests or special friends who helped prepare you for your wedding day.

  2. •   Engagement Photo - Today’s brides add their engagement photo and new home address alongside their thank you note.

  3. •   Tradition Descriptions - When you have guests from all religious and cultural backgrounds, a brief description of some of your traditional activities may be helpful for guests.

  4. •   Photos of the Wedding Party - Get creative!  Instead of the traditional listing, write a short bit about each wedding party member along with their photo.  This is especially fun with sport theme weddings.

  5. •   Reception Information - Provide the dinner menu, along with a timeline of the night’s events so your guests don’t miss a thing!

  6. •   All About You - Include a page of interesting factoids about the new couple... the story of how you met, how he proposed, etc.

There’s a lot of information that into creating the perfect program for your wedding ceremony.  We work hard to make this a smooth task for today’s busy brides.  To start your wedding program order, email us at paperdreamsdesign@comcast.net.  We’ll send you a complete guide to assist you in collecting all the necessary information to build your program. 


TIMING IS IMPORTANT.  Orders for wedding programs should ideally be placed a minimum of five weeks prior to your wedding date. Rush orders are available (less than five weeks from wedding date) for an additional $50 rush charge.  Remember, it is never too early to place an order.  Once your order is placed, it reserves a spot for you on our calendar, and allows us to stock the proper colored paper/ribbon for your custom order.  Here’s a brief timeline on how your program comes together...


• ORDER PLACED.  Submit program order as complete as possible, along with a non-refundable $50 deposit (which will be applied towards your total). We accept personal checks, money orders, and online payments through Paypal.   

• DESIGN BEGINS.  Once all your information, photos and deposit are received, program design will begin.  The more you tell us about your style preferences, the better we can custom-design a program perfect for your wedding.  We process orders according to wedding date, so you can expect an e-proof via e-mail approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date. (Rush orders are moved to the top of our design list.)

• PROOFING.  The base price of your program included two e-proofs (initial design and one revision).  Please proof carefully as additional proofs may result in incremental charges.  Once final approval is granted, we are not responsible for typos or omissions.  However, we will provide a discounted reprint if time allows.  You may also opt for a mailed hard copy proof prior to final approval for a $10.00 charge. 

• PRINTING/ASSEMBLY.   Final payment is due before printing.  Once balance in paid, printing and assembly will begin.  Your order will then ship within 7-10 business days.  Shipping generally runs $13 per 100 programs, but may vary by zip code.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We do no refunds of any kind, so please be sure to give careful attention to your final proof before approval. Reprints are available at a discounted price, depending how far your order is in assembly.  If you are unsure of product quality from our online gallery, we suggest ordering a sample ahead of time to ensure satisfaction.  All card stock used is 65 lb or higher cover weight.  Printed paper is laser printed on 24 lb paper in 96 white brightness.
