Cross right end over the left, and loop through to tie an initial knot.

Create a loop with each end so that you have two equal size “bunny ears”.

(Note: With satin ribbon, make sure the shiny side is face-up on both ears at this point.)

Cross the two bunny ears and loop through like you’re tying a loose knot.

During this step, carefully straighten the bow as you from a knot.

Before pulling tight, adjust bow so that sides are equal and lay nicely.

{ how to tie the perfect bow }

The Square, Step, Paddle Fan and Skinny Deluxe wedding programs come with ribbons, but the bows are untied.  (We’re happy to tie your ribbons for $50 per order, any quantity!)  Below are photo instructions on how we tie the perfect bow on each program.  We’re particularly fond of this method because it is adjustable during the tie, and it ends in a tight bow that won’t fall apart during your special event.

Begin by holding the two ends of ribbon with shiny side up.

With a pair of sharp scissors, trim the ribbon ends at a slight angle to give your bow a clean finish.
